I'm not sure that it's a great idea, at least at first, to have all of the fora separated. What you want to start with is interaction - without that, it will never take off. One forum with 20 posts per day is much better than five fora with 4 posts each. There will be plenty of chances to break it up later if it starts to get crowded.
