Balkan States Draw Common Wine Marketing Map

The Balkan countries will commence working out a common marketing strategy for wine produced in the region.

The map will be based on the ancient history of the region, Bulgarian Agriculture Minister Nihat Kabil said at a conference on viticulture and wine-making in Southeast Europe.

The forum was organised within the framework of the Vinaria 2006 exhibition, which runs in Plovdiv.
