Why not start a page where visitors can post information and maybe thier ratings on wineries they have visited?

Sure why not as long as they are not negative rants. I am sure there are some readers out there that would like to share notes on their personal winery experiences, maybe a little researched info as well.
I know as moderator you would have to watch and kill the unprofessional posts or ones you think are just a business trying for advertisement. Yet I think it a post like this would be fun and educational. I would be glad to post some of my own experiences.

winelv1,  on the main page, there is an item "Unapproved Wineries"  and this will help Wineo update the wineries list.  You can rate it and add comments.

A winery is a building or property that produces wine or a business involved in the production of wine,such as a wine company.Some wine companies own many wineries.Besides wine making equipment,larger wineries may also feature warehouses,bottling lines,laboratories and large expanses of tanks known as tank farms.

 How I wish I could start what you have.
We only have a listings of wine collection, that's already a good start.
Maybe its good to have a website that owns different wine reviews, this doesn't have to do really with the website owner but the wine product itself.
