Wine Spectator magazine has an article this month on their Up Front page regarding the chemical resveratrol. Found in the skins and seeds of grapes it acts as a defender against molds and fungi. Tests being conducted show resveratrol may make cancer sells more receptive to chemotherapy. Great news! Check it out in Wine Spectator's June issue.

What else can this Resveratrol do? Wine Spectator now reports it can limit obesity by preventing the development of fat cells, according to a recent study presented at the Endocrine Society's 90th-annual meeting in San Francisco. Wow I am going for another glass of red!  cheesy
