To anyone who might be interested, I have recently started a small tour company with the aim of providing English-speaking guided tours of small to medium wine producers in Italy. An Italian-qualified sommelier is also available to give advice on particular vintages and on what foods best accompany the wines. Packages can be custom-tailored to suit the needs of a group and range from a single afternoon visit to one specific 'cantina', to 10-day all-inclusive arrangements.
